About Eric Lanz

An experienced finance, operations, and technology executive, Eric Lanz currently serves as a Senior Finance Consultant with Fullscope, in Alpharetta, Georgia. Eric Lanz applies his background in business and information technology in the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics AX software. He holds certification in the AX 2012 Financials, Trade & Logistics, and Sure Step programs.

Previously, Eric Lanz consulted on Dynamics AX issues as a finance liaison with various companies, managing financial aspects of the software’s implementation. In this role, Mr. Lanz also spearheaded the testing of financial reporting software Atlas, developing statements for use in Dynamics projects.

Eric Lanz came to his consulting role following nine years of service to Alltech, Inc., a multinational company focused on animal health and feed supplement products. As Regional Finance Director for the Americas, he reduced the company’s effective tax rate and increased its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization by more than 10%. He achieved this position through promotion in 2005, after three years of service as North American and USA Controller.

Prior to working with Alltech, Eric Lanz served as an Experienced Manager with Arthur Andersen LLP. He began in the Accounting and Finance division in Atlanta, and after three years, he advanced to serve the same function with the Global CFO Group in Chicago. There, he played a key role in the implementation of a budgeting and reporting system aimed at optimizing the management of company financial performance.

Eric Lanz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisville, in Kentucky, where he focused on Accountancy. He also maintains status as a Certified Public Accountant, and he has developed proficiency in such industry-leading software programs as Exact Macola Progression and Hyperion.
